Double First Place for YTU Students at "Europe's Technofest"
Yildiz Technical University students Meryem Koc and her friends made Turkey proud by winning two major awards at Shift Appens, one of Europe's prestigious technology events.
According to Ekonomim.com; At the Shift Appens hackathon held in Portugal and closely followed by the technology world, the Deptron Robotics team left its mark on the night with the innovative software they developed.

In the competition where young talents push the boundaries and which is described as "Europe's Technofest", our team won the appreciation of both the technical jury and the participants with the AI-supported autonomous systems they developed. The Deptron team reached the top in two critical categories after a challenging 48-hour marathon.

At the end of the competition, the Deptron Robotics team took home the following awards:
